When I bought my Super Soco Tsx last week they gave me a charger of the brand Wu Xi Sans.
it it normal to supply a different brand of charger with the Super Soco's?
What brand of charger did you receive?
Hi, mine’s brand ‘INOVATION’, so it’s probably chinese what you see is what u get 🤣
It is normal that you get a different brand charger. I do have sans charger with my tsx aswell
Charger's brand is doesn't matter. Just make a sure to charge it with the proper voltage (69,7volts for 60v battery) and the current is going to define how fast you are going to charge your battery. At the beginning super soco provided a charger with their own brand but after a short while they start to use charger with other brands (sans, wu xi, and may be more in the future).
My TSx came with this charger. It is 120v, but my country has 220v. The dealer told me that I could use it like that but I believe that it may cause the battery to not charge correctly.
