Find out that kickstand down has no function, parking mode is enough, but anyway, you will do it standing, so keep it down.

Turn off on red button
turn full throttle
hold right brake
hit the start button to turn it on while keep holding throttle and brake for ten seconds
Release throttle after ten seconds but keep brakes squeezed in
Wait some seconds then turn throttle max again for ten seconds while continuing to hold the brake in
Then release everything. That should do it.

Sometimes you will see code 95 or something flashing in display, but I dont think there is a connection.
Works for me most times, if not try to do it more slowly, 15 sec on, wait 15 sec, 15 sek again etc.

When test drive, notice max speed on mode 1, quickest way to check if the trick works, all three mode will differ in speed.

Cant help you more, if you following the the instructions it should work, otherwise you have the wrong version of the software.
