I have around 1080km on my bike and ride it a lot to and from work since buying it.
Yesterday my TS stopped working when I was about to leave the garage, the startup sound is as normal when pushing the start button, but the display, lights, throttle and horn doesnt work. 😥

Anyone have any suggestions?

I did saw this come by a few months ago and if I remember it right the problem is with the converter from the battery to 12v.

@kimmiers

don't exactly know but I think you need to go to the dealer because I think this will be a warranty action.

So after a LOT back and forth my dealer wont help me at all besides sending me useless pictures of what he thinks is wrong :/

I dont really know where to start to look if im going to try to fix it myself.

Anyone had the same problem?

@kimmiers why won't your dealer help you, don't they have a servicing department who can get the bike fixed?

Hi,

they have been great to deal with until I actually needed help with this.

As far as I found out recently they only sell the bike, and they import it from another shop in Sweden, but they dont actually have any real servicing department at all here. :/

@kimmiers

they are required by law to honour the warranty which is sold (not given away for free) with the bike (and included in the price) - i cant imagine Sweden differs from the EU in this area, Sweden conforms to EU law in most areas due to the trade arrangements with the EU

what does the warranty information say about who you need to contact for repairs? there must be a process of some kind in place, suprised the dealer didn't bother to find out for you!
