Just got my new Tc max after crashing my other one but there are a couple of differences one the kill switch is now under the seat not by the battery that’s no problem but the charging port on the side of the bike Does not work unless you unplug the Orange lead on the Battery and plug the black one that is tucked down the side of the  battery but then the alarm is deactivated and you can’t check the status of the bike with the app on my other Tc max I just plugged the charger in the side as simple as that so I’m a bit confused and don’t know what to do to correct this and the new one players a nice tune when it starts up and not to forget a 10A charger

Great you will find speed different and its a whole lot better bike.  There is a video on you tube Paula Trounce.  Though you have to insert the small socket as well it is simple. you now have a spare charging plug and cable maybe good for future use. Let me know how you find mode 1 as it was totally different than the test bike i was making 38MPH most of the time.

Just managed today to get out for the first time on my new bike my new 2020 Version seems to be about 10 mph faster and a bit smoother on acceleration than my 2019 one and I like the new handlebar style well pleased with it just need some sunshine now and looking forward to doing a bit of moding on my old one
