I would like to know if some one can use the app properly

In Australia I can download the app and create an account but the app wants to "bind" to my bike and says it wants to scan my QR code to do this. I have one QR code in my bike manual and one on a black plastic licence plate I was given but both QR codes look different to each other. The app wasn't able to scan either of them. Then the app said I could manually put in my 16 digit serial number to bind the app to the bike but I can't find a 16 digit number anywhere. I've been told the app doesn't work in Australia, so I don't know why I was able to download it from the app store. As I wasn't able to get anywhere with the app I've now deleted it.

QR on plate is not individual. Just SuperSoco webpage if I remember correctly. One frrom manual should work. If not - under left cover you may find small black box with SIM card and connected to it QR on it. You have however unscrew this cover.
@docweyr Is that left cover of bike to find small black box or down lower behind controller

@docweyr I found code starting with E120 but it didn't bind. Any other tips mate.
