Did the dealer check if the BMS (battery management system) works properly?

Hi, I don't know to be honest I left it with them and they didn't have a clue.  They said they emailed super soco who told them it might be the mains connector to the battery but it's still doing it after it went back to them... Long story short they seem to not know.

Probably not much help but I've observed error 94 a couple of times on my bike, but only when I set off from stationary without giving it any throttle (down hills). If I've been stopped for a while then roll off it errors at me but the bike still works fine.

This error is due to a faulty battery cable. Contact your local dealer and ask them to do it under warranty.
