Error 95 looks to normally be linked to the throttle. But I read that the transport cable (?) under the seat to the side charger socket can be a cause.
My bike's error 95 was resolved by unfastening and refastening the two connectors under the seat to the side charger socket.
The error code appeared when the bike was left charging (via the side socket) for some time after the battery had reached 100%.

Same error twice over several months. First time was solved by removing the two screes from the throttle handle, blowing dust out, and refastening. Most recent time was solved by pushing the end of cable connector tighter together, inside the bodywork, after removing front left hand side panels.
