Hi there.
Last week when i was about to go to work i've discovered my back brake lever was softer than usual.
After a closer look, i saw the deposit was empty, the reason is, its broken. I havent fall, dont have crush in anything, so i beleave someone broke it, or for some reason it brake by itself. I contact the seller and they told they need to check in order to tell me the budget.
My question is, should this be covered by the guarantee ?
I dont have any prove that i didnt made it...
As soon as i get news about this, ill let you guys know.

From what I know when there is no sigh of damage from fall/hit or something done on purpose then it has to be covered under warranty. You don't have to prove anything since they cannot prove otherwise 😉
