  1. I am looking to add cameras powered from the 12V supply. I have seen ghe pictures in this thread https://www.supersocoforum.com/forum/main/super-soco-with-60v-to-12v-converter-problem/ but on taking my 2019 tc max apart can't see anything at all like that component. Has anyone else done this kinda work and if so where did you wire in to? I could start testing random wires but seems a bad pathway 😀

If anyone else ends up reading this... It is attached to the battery tub that I had removed. If it is like mine, it was coated in grime but cleaning revealed the dc/dc converter info.

@moose Please did you connect a camera to the 12v supply? I did try to connect to a 12v but it doesnt have anought power to turn it on. I would appreciate any clue thanks!

@texano Yes I did connect a camera to it, running the supply wires from right by the converter, and it runs fine for me. Did you check that you get 12V across your connections? I seem to remember that when I did mine the wires were not as labelled so I had to switch it around to get the 12V DC as expected. If you're getting the voltage the only other thing I can think of is that the camera is pulling too much power? I can't seem to find specs for my camera right now, but it was this one:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07W4HQTYM

Edit: Reading the reviews on amazon someone claims it pulls 5.6W. Perhaps yours draws much more and the 12V is sagging to a lower voltage under the load or something?

@moose Thank you ! I was able finally to pull 12V with enough power. I used the connection in the left side instead.
