Any ideas how to bind ..not working as manual states.

Download VmotoSoco app,input numbers from imei sticker,input phone number(select ur country from menu,phone number starting from 0XXXXXXXXX),get pin,input pin. It will take couple atempts. App can forget you after sam time,it will rebinde after reentering phone number and pin.
