Greetings from Portugal.

My TC is not working.

Arrives 60v to the Anti-theft module but when i press the remote control nothing happens.

The remote battery is new.

Anyone know how to bypass?

Sounds like your alarm module has died. The alarm unit when activated just connects battery voltage (in your case 60v) to the ignition line that goes to your motor controller and your dc to dc converter (this will be one cable coming out of the alarm module). You just need to find your feed line into your module and the output line to your controller and converter, cut them and join them together. This will power up your bike.

@airbornept you’ll need a multimeter so you can check voltages but chances are it’ll be the red and yellow wires.

@airbornept  that’s correct. The module basically acts as a relay/switch to pass the 60v then onto the controller and dc converter. For those wires you need to unplug the connectors on the controller and converter and use the continuity checker on the multimeter. Most likely this is a yellow wire but my tc max could be different

Hi.

I have a similar issue on my TC Max - no sign of life, but alarm module receiving battery voltage. As i'm going to be waiting for some time for the new module to arrive, I had an attempt at joining the red and yellow wires on the alarm plug. This turned on the bike, but had error 99 / gear 0 - which I believe refers to the controller not being responsive. I'm guessing that the controller is not receiving power or signal? anyone know which additional wires need to be connected?
