Hi all,

I've recently taken delivery of my TC and was wondering if there is a way to adjust the power settings of the 3 tier eco/sport switch? I live in the London area and would prefer to set the bike unrestricted and adjust the switch speeds to suit the driving speeds of the area (1 = 20mph max, 2 = 30mph max and 3 being unrestricted max), this is the first time I haven't been able to get a result from Google. I assume it would require a software update to the controller but for now would just be happy to know if it is at all possible.

Any assistance is always appreciated. 🙂

Don't be too lazy. Enter in Google: "super soco tc unlock speed limit" and you will get many links with some short youtube films as well:

@docweyr yeah so you've definitely not understood what I'm asking... I'm not talking about taking the speed restrictions off, I'm asking if there is a way to change what power output is set to each mode, or more so I know that there will be a way to adjust what each tier outputs I'd just like to be able to hook up to the software and adjust it manually. So once again, I would like to be able to tell the motor that when it is in eco mode it should top out at a certain output which I would have to work out myself depending on my weight etc to hit a maximum of 20mph, when it is in normal mode it taps out at xxx power to motor to ensure it does not go over 30mph. I'm not great at explaining things but the bike is already unrestricted and I'm looking for ways to adjust what the controller tells the motor when it is in eco or normal modes.

I don't think you can exactly do what yu wish. Of course there s some mapping connected to 1-3 levels. But up to my experience - max speed is never fixed. It will exceed limit when you drive down the road. Depends a lot about weight of rider. It is lower - if weather is cold. And... noone experiences different acceleration for all 3 levels - so power output looks the same - but max speed is reducet. But I see - not sharp.

Try to compare max speed driving in different conditions on all levels. I am not sure if you can set max speed and never face 2-3 miles more or less to be sure police will never stop you. If here is no trusted shape solution - you may drive on lower level or conrol your speed or lock your TC to lower mapping as on links I pasted. But maybe I still don't get your point 🙂
