I've got to my Super Soco this morning and I noticed that my first battery didn't charge overnight but my second did charge, I thought I can ride to school but when I was riding the bike, the red battery lamp shows. Also error code 88 showed on the dash, it said that I need to warm the battery. Hopefully that will fix the battery. Has somebody already experienced this?

Hello friend.

If you search the forum you will see that I had the exact same problem and I fixed it by opening the battery and resoldering several points on the BMS. There are pics of that as well. That had happened when the bike only had 1500kms. It has been over 2200kms since that and there was no problem after my fix.

What happends when this occurs? Does your bike electricity go off or is this just an error code on your dash blinking and the bike working fine otherwise?

Try a reset, disconnect connector and the left side switch fuse. Also try charging it directly off the bike instead of on the bikes charge connector.

It just gives me an error code, that's probably because I have a second and the parallerer installed. I can just ride perfect, only one battery is being used at that moment

If it rides perfectly OK and nothing wrong with it then I would just go on using it and ignoring the error code. I got the "to warm battery error", I don't remember the error code number. However I just waited or reinserted the charger or restarted my bike and was on my way with my day.

the error was "fixed" by the dealer for around 50km.. now it's back and even worse. This morning the first battery gave up and around 10 minutes later my whole bike was glitching.. after around 5 minutes doing nothing he did it for 5km again.

The dealer only did updates to "fix" the problem, I was already sceptic about it but now I experienced that only updates didn't work.

On the other hand the updates really improved driving the bike, it was faster and more smooth. Only the sort of turbolag was back for two times.

The fix I was talking about probably made it worse.. the connector from the moped to the battery paralleler have molten together..
Pictures:

trying to get contact with the dutch importer to fix the problem.. but after 1,5 weeks still no real respons of them. My moped is standing still for 2 weeks now. Not the experience you want.

got the paralleler fixed. 😀

The Super Soco was delivered yesterday by the dutch importer but still not what I expected.

1. First of all some plastic wasn't fit properly on the Super Soco.
2. The Super Soco feels a lot slower in getting up to speed, I suspect a new software update.
3. The error 88 and 89 still not fixed after the paralleler has been fixed.
4. There is a third error, 95, the "gas" handle doesn't work properly therefore the moped is not very smooth in riding.

Overall very nice experience the last few months with the Super Soco (sarcasm)
