Hi,
Went for a short trip with our cux and I could not start the bike to get it home. The remote key did stop working a few weeks ago but it has worked fine with the real key.
When I now try to start the bike with the key the alarm goes off. Tried to disconnect and connect the battery but with same result. Right now I cant use the bike so any help is appreciated!
It's probably a broken ALARM unit
But first try with the other dongle or change battery (CR2032) on the main one that you use.
