I've a TS and it's been going for about 8000km and nothing wrong with the rim. However I know can breath that it won't be a problem anymore. I now understand after reading this thread that the design of the TS and TC was different and the first version of TC wasn't so smart even though it had more spokes than the TS. 

here are the new rims. They are now closed and look more stable. So after 7 months we can finally use our TC's again.
