  • Guys in this topic I will explain u to remove the battery safe from ur bike.

1. Switch to safety mode, switch down the red button ( next to the battery in the bike ).

2. Wait for the red light to turn off ( so the on/off button of the bike ) takes 5 seconds.

3. Now you can remove safely your battery.

people who dont do this may cause get trouble later on because the bike is still “holding” on to the battery. I had done this a long time ago which caused my battery to go in safe mode so not working anymore because I didn’t do it on the safe way. I had to go to the dealer because of this.

what was the solution from dealer?  Changed battery or some reset procedure?

Hello,

Unfortunately I did remowe my battery the wrong way. Now I can't even start the bike. No reaction to button either the remote control.

Does anybody know the solution, the next dealer is in the next country and because of Covid I can't go abroad.

@arnoldino how did you remove your battery, was there a short circuit? If so you unfortunately need to go to the dealer.

@oscar

No, I just removed the plug from the battery, and got out the battery. I don't think there was a short circuit happening as all the parts in the battery place is plastic.

@arnoldino check all cables at thirst, measure the battery if that’s not the case you could measure the rest but if under guaranty I should go to your dealer!
