When I go to create a login on the app it says ‘account is already exist’. So I go to use my phone number on ‘forget password’ and it says ‘no account exist’.
I have tried reinstalling app and turning off phone. Any ideas?

Same here, trying to 3 days, and nothing not in iPhone and nothing in androids 😵

App started working last week. It let me register but I found out the bike is already bound to the original owner. So dead end.
