Only con i have so far is that i cant seem to derestrict it above 45. (Everyone uses the technique stated here on the Forums and YT video's. However it does not seem to work on my TSX atleast. 

I'll contact my dealer soon about it. On these big open roads i wouldnt mind going 60. 

(Also have a handbuilt 4stroke Honda that i build myself from the ground up, traffic around here gets really agressive if you dont go 50kmph)

Yes, you are right: it doesn't mean that it is included. But it is implied that way.

I hope you find a way to derestrict it. Let me know how it turns out. Hopefully you'll be driving around 60 soon. Must be great having this warm weather and cruising along the country side.
