The TC Max Charger is 5 amp too. I have found some 16.5 amp 7 core cable on Amazon so i've ordered that too.So that makes the cable now rated to 10 am...
It might have been a better idea to use trailer cable and plugs.

@ajpegg I did. I bought one when i fitted the outside socket.
So total price if it works will be about £35
